One. Don’t give the oil to US companies
That would be plain bonkers. We do all of the work and the corporations take all of the profits. This is an excellent opportunity for the “US government” to own and control one of the largest oil reserves on the planet. US oil companies should operate as contractors for the US government. They should be strictly on a hire and fire basis. All profits from oil operations in Venezuela should flow to the US government … and not to US corporations. This will channelize trillions for the US economy over the next decade.

Two. Don’t directly run Venezuela
Don’t put boots on the ground … don’t try to take down the rebels and run the country … you will end up in a never ending war. This is how such operations enfold …

  • Invasion! The moment US troops enter Venezuela … everyone will call it an invasion … including the Venezuelan people.
  • Ripe for rebel movements. Right now, you are seen as a “liberator” who got rid of a Communist tyrant. But once US troops start entering Venezuela … they will see it as an invasion and immediately there will be widespread opposition for US presence in the country.
  • Establishment Moves. Weapon manufacturers will immediately start using this as an opportunity to create armed groups in the country against US troops. They will mint money as this conflict grows.
  • A repetition of Iraq and Afghanistan. This is exactly what happened in Iraq and Afghanistan. After 20 years of a useless war and trillions spent, America had to withdraw.
  • The next President will withdraw. You will not withdraw but the next President will. That’s exactly what happened in Iraq and Afghanistan.

What to do? Win the country without a war
The best way to take over the country is by using their own people. You are not there to rule and abuse … but we are their savior from Communist and Socialist policies. The concept of “America is their savior” should be in their mind.

Work with Military Generals
Initially, screen and identify some military generals that you can work with. These generals will pull the country’s troops in your favor. Once you have a command line and troops who will follow you … the management of the country becomes very easy.

What are you doing here? You are using their own military to manage their country … so, there is no concept of an “invasion” any more. You are just helping Venezuela snap out of Socialism and helping it become a modern Democratic country. This way, you will get support from within Venezuela and from all around the world.

Take control of oil
While this is going on in the frontend … take over the oil. Its not like Venezuela is being stripped from all of its oil resources … obviously, there will be huge job growth and development within the country as well. Its just that America will hold the management rights to it for the next 100 years. In exchange, we are making sure that the country is safe from shithole Socialist rulers and making sure of prosperous growth for the country.

Shoot down all Socialist parties and concepts
This is what the military should do … the initial phase will be a military rule in Venezuela … they should shoot down all Socialist parties and concepts in the country. All nonsense political parties should be dismantled … new modern Democratic regulations should be put into place. Set the people free … let them thrive.

Iran can be next
People around the world are already loving your move in Venezuela. Several countries are calling “Trump to come to their rescue and liberate them” from their nonsense leaders. Iran can definitely be the next country … but do it right in Venezuela first.

Beware of Democrat criticism
Democrats have been pathetic failures … till date, they had nothing to use against you. But now, these are major moves … you need very good planning … you have to be everyone’s hero. You have to operate by the people and for the people … and not only via brute force. We cannot allow the repetition of what happened in Iraq and Afghanistan. Democrats will jump at every mistake that you will make.

The biggest among them will be boots on the ground and oil being given to US corporations … both of these moves can be heavily criticized in the media. Every US soldier that will get hurt … it will be blamed on Trump. And if oil is given to corporations then the media will term you as a mercenary operating for a bunch of companies. They will ask “how much did the companies pay you for this operation?” It will be an embarrassment.

So … beware of the blunders … your first move was simply heroic … plan well … do what’s best for the American people and for the Venezuelan people … continue to be everyone’s hero.
