Trump to impose $100,000 fee per year for H-1B visas
This move doesn’t make sense. Companies can easily sue and win against this move. The entire Silicon Valley can come to a halt because of this move as America greatly relies on foreign skills in some key industries. This move isn’t pro-America … it will actually cripple several American industries … just like several agricultural farms are being adversely affected because of immigration raids.

Secondly, hiring foreign workers is not something illegal … like illegal workers in the agricultural industry. Tech companies hire skilled labor via a legal H1B process. So, Trump simply imposing a $100K fee per year to hire foreign workers doesn’t have a legal stand.

American agriculture being adversely affected because of immigration raids
There are certain jobs that Americans don’t want to do … like collecting fruits from agricultural fields. Here is where illegal immigrants provide cheap labor which makes the agricultural industry in America feasible and profitable. Trump is already messing with this industry with immigration raids in agricultural fields … owing to which the fields are lying barren with rotting fruits as there is no one to pick those fruits.

Tech companies can sue and Trump will lose
Now, he wants to empty out the tech industries. Companies will sue and Trump will lose. The farmers don’t have the funds or know how of how to sue to halt wrongful policies but tech companies are quite good at this. Secondly, farmers can’t sue because they are hiring illegal immigrants but the same doesn’t apply to tech companies. Tech companies are following the complete legal process … they can easily challenge and win against Trump. There is no “legal ground” for Trump to implement a $100K per year fees for H1B visas.

Trump doesn’t know how to solve any crisis
The key problem is that … Trump doesn’t have any solution to any crisis and he is doing whatever comes in his head. Each industry has its own ecosystem of skills, operations and benefits. You can’t just root out foreign workers out of the blue and expect American workers to replace every skillset. It doesn’t work that way … it will backfire … companies will sue and you will lose.

My dear friend … Donald J Trump … its nice to see your courage and bold actions to do new things … it actually provides me great joy and happiness to see this type of leadership. But the issue is … when you make the wrong moves with a lot of courage and strength … then it can also backfire. I love your energy and courage … but you should also learn how to work on each crisis and then come into action.

A major ongoing blunder in Gaza
As it is you have a major blunder in Gaza … you are starving, killing and displacing 2 million people from their homes so that you can build beachfront properties, reportedly. Everyone is questioning how can you stand there and allow Netanyahu to continue with these genocidal activities. They are citing two major reasons for your failure to stop the war in Gaza …

  • Firstly, its seems you yourself are interested in building golf courses and beachfront properties in Gaza and you are encouraging Netanyahu to move ahead with his ethnic cleansing programs despite the atrocities and international condemnation for the same.
  • Secondly, because you have several “Israel’s yes men” in the negotiating team like Jared Kushner, Marco Rubio and Stephen Miller. They are reportedly allowing Netanyahu to do whatever crap that he wants, without question and with full support.

The Trump Administration has become Netanyahu’s rubber stamp
This is not called leadership … this is called being Israel’s rubber stamp. The bigger problem that this issue creates for your Presidency is that … at home you are blocking illegal immigrants from entering America to take up American jobs … and in Gaza, you are killing innocent men, women and children so that you can build beachfront properties on their dead bodies. My friend … you should understand that this comes out as hypocrisy of the worst kind.

Trump’s leadership is becoming more and more hypocritical
I understand that you want to do good things for America … but its not enough to want good things for yourself as a good leader. As a good leader, you have to want good things for others as well. You can’t want a safe and secure country for yourself … and then allow and support the genocidal bombing, killing and take over of other’s countries … especially because you are going to get beachfront properties on their land. This is not called good leadership … its called being selfish and hypocritical.

If you want to be a good leader then … you have to be just, fair and good for everyone … for yourself and for others as well. Your leadership is already a disaster in Gaza and Ukraine. And to add to all of this … you are making drastic moves which will adversely affect American agriculture and American tech based industries.

Trump is starting to self-destruct
Do you know what you are doing? You are “self-destructing”. No one is forcing you to do all of this … you are doing all of this on your own. Just like in your first term … you self-destruct … and now, you are starting the same self-destruction activities all over again. Get a grip … I don’t want you to trash yourself like you did in your first term … it was very difficult to save you from your criminal lawsuits and raise you back to top leadership.

Don’t be Netanyahu’s rubber stamp … show the world who calls the shots
I have bigger and long term plans for you and you are launching one disaster after another. Firstly, kick Netanyahu in the nuts and tell him to back off from Gaza. Remove all of Israel’s yes men from any negotiations with Netanyahu.

Don’t repeat first term’s mistakes – Learn how to solve each crisis
Secondly, tariffs is not the solution in its own … tariffs alone will not solve the trade deficit crisis. We told you this in your first term itself. And rooting out all illegal immigrants will destroy several industries that rely on cheap and hard labor … this includes agriculture which is one of the largest industries in America.

Charging $100K per year for each H1B visa is plain bonkers. I don’t think that you realize that … you are standing there and killing your own American industries in trying to keep America First. Again, even these moves will come off as hypocrisy … that Trump says that he wants to keep America First but in reality, he is killing American industries.

Strategize and plan first … and then come into action
You are making major blunders out there, my friend. You will self-destruct with such blunders. Bear this in mind … being bold and strong without being intelligent … will not solve anything. You need to learn how to work on each crisis. Prepare a strategy and a plan to handle each outcome and obstacle … and then you start the work. Tariff here, tariff there … ban this, ban that … fines on this, fees on that … what is this? This is not leadership. Learn my friend … learn how to strategize and plan first … and then come into action.
