You seem to be on a track of vengeance … you can’t lead when you have “revenge” on your mind. I told you to be “people centric” … being people centric requires you to give up what you want … give up what you feel … you have to rise above yourself. You can’t allow anything at a personal level affect your actions and decisions for the people. You can’t let everything be about you … you will ruin everything.

I know … you are hurting … you feel betrayed. You invested hundreds of millions in Trump’s campaign … you went along with him on the campaign trail … and within months you are out of his Presidency … and that too, the exit wasn’t nice either. Yes, stuff like this hurts … it makes your blood boil … but you can’t let personal feelings, emotions and losses dictate your leadership moves.

You can’t create a public feud with Trump … just because you feel betrayed and you lost some cash and efforts. That’s not how leadership works.

Step One. Hold your feelings. This is not a corporate operation where 2+2=4. In politics, 2 plus 2 can be 4 billion … or 2 plus 2 can be minus 4 billion … it all depends on how 2 plus 2 is put into place. Hold your feelings … you are from the corporate environment … you are dealing with totally different parameters … you have to remain calm.

I know … its not fair … its not justice … but sometimes justice doesn’t come immediately in the next step … it comes with patience and planning. For heaven’s sake … please be patient and remain calm. Hold your feelings … stop responding out of anger, hate and vengeance. Relax.

Step Two. Think beyond yourself. Leave yourself aside for a while. Your anger, your boiling blood, your hate, your vengeance, your likes and dislikes … and everything that has happened in your past … leave yourself aside … just for the heck of it … just to analyze a few things.

Step Three. Now, “think people”. Leave yourself out of the equation and “think people”. If something is wrong or bad … then what is the scale of losses for the people … if something is right or good … then what is the scale of benefits for the people. Keep a cool head and evaluate everything in terms of people … evaluate all losses in terms of people and evaluate all benefits in terms of people.

This is “people centric” thinking … evaluating everything in terms of people.

Evaluate your current scenario
Now, let us evaluate the current scenario that you are facing with Trump. Okay fine, you invested $200-300 million for a Presidential campaign … things didn’t work out with the Presidential team … and you are out of the team. Where is the loss of the people in this scenario? How many billions or trillions did the American people lose because you are out of the Trump Presidency?

Not much, isn’t it? Your current scenario with Trump is a “personal issue” … its personal anger, hate and vengeance. Its something that you dislike … its about your feelings … its about how you were betrayed and its about your losses.

You cannot make everything about yourself
When it comes to “people centric” thinking … this whole issue is about one person … one person’s betrayal … one person’s anger, dislike and vengeance. It doesn’t have much of an impact on the people. Please keep this in mind … leadership is always about the “people” … the moment you make everything about yourself then you cannot lead. Because you are thinking only about yourself and not the people.

Its not that you cannot think about yourself … of course, you can think about yourself too … but first, you have to keep “people first”. Once you keep the people first … then everything about you will get aligned … and everyone will fight to keep your personal life totally safe and secure … because your priority is people first.

But if you keep yourself first … then everyone will sit back and watch you fight for yourself … many a times you will lose in this game because the entities that you are fighting against … they are about “people first”. You should keep in mind that … Trump is a champion who keeps America First … the American People first … he is a phenomenal leader who has broken several barriers to fight for America and the American people. I know he makes mistakes as well … but the stuff that he has done in a few hours … there are hundreds of US politicians who haven’t done that in all of their lives.

Trump is loved and respected for keeping people first
Trump is loved and respected in several SM Groups … because he has kept America and the American People First in several spheres. If you fight against Trump who keeps people first … just because of your personal vendetta … then you will lose. At a personal level, you are right … okay fine, you were betrayed … you were wrongly treated … things could have been better for you … but again, this issue is just about one person. In this game, the Chosen Ones impact lives of “billions of people” … they make lives better for “billions of people” … they save trillions of taxpayer money that would be spent in needless wars and disastrous policies. The game that they are playing is in the tune of billions of people and trillions of taxpayer money.

Now, weigh yourself in this game … weigh this issue in this game. On one side we have Trump who affects billions of lives and trillions of resources … and on the other side, we have Musky … one person who lost $250 million in a campaign. Obviously, Trump will be supported and protected from any move that you will make against him … because he is more important … because his moves matter for billions of lives … and because your issue is about just one person, as of now.

Barack Obama is simply using you
You need to relax … you have no freaking idea about this game … you have no idea how important Trump is. What you don’t realize right now is that … you are being the “hand of the Devil” … you are doing exactly what Barack Obama and the Democrat party would want you to do. Everything that you are doing … will directly benefit the Democrat party. They are just using you … to go against Trump … to adversely affect his Presidency … so that they can get the White House next. And once they get power … Democrats do nothing but loot by the trillions and kill by the millions … it is this what you are leading the world to … genocidal wars and trillions of loot.

Right now … you are being a tool and a puppet of the Democrat party … who is leading an anti-Trump propaganda. What you are doing right now … it directly benefits the Democrat party and nothing more. Here are some truths that you should keep in mind.

Trump fired his own Chief of Staff several times … not once but several times. This is very normal for him.

Truth 03. You should have worked with us and learnt how to play the game right. You got stuck at $150 billion in savings … when America is going down in debt by about $2 Trillion every year. You didn’t learn the game … you remained stuck with some bookish moves that didn’t work. You should have worked with us to work beyond the book.

Truth 04. You are operating in the parasite mode. Now, you are “tweeting” about creating a third party when we told you not to align yourself with Democrats. The fact that you are just sitting there and tweeting shows that you are following Barack Obama’s parasitic approach of working with us via just indirect signals. Barack Obama has been a total failure because of his indirect signals and parasitic approach … don’t expect anything different for you if you follow Barack Obama’s tactics. Barack is a total failure who creates more failures … you have no one to blame but yourself if you follow Barack.

Truth 05. You are thinking about a third party Presidential run. Do you know how many independents are there in the Senate? 2-3 … out of 100 Senators … there are only 2-3 independent Senators … which means that your chances of success at the US Presidency via a third party run is only 2-3%. You are making all of these blunders because you don’t know how to play the game.
