Do not arm Kurdish forces in Iran, it will spark a civil war in the country … it will turn into a Sunni Vs Shia battle. It will be a bloodbath. And it will not remain contained in Iran … it will quickly spread into other Kurdish areas in Syria, Iraq and Turkey. It will turn into a civil war in 4 countries simultaneously. The whole region will be a mess.

Democrats wanted to do this in Trump’s first term as well. It was a disastrous move then and it is a disastrous move now. Kurds want to create Kurdistan … a country for Kurds. But if we create countries for every minority in every country out there … then it would be impossible to run any country properly. The solution is to address the issues that minorities face and not create countries for them.

It will be a civil war in 4 countries
There is already a bitter rivalry between Sunnis and Shias … to add to that millions of Kurds want a state for themselves … to this if you start arming Kurds then it will be a bloodbath between two rival religious groups. It will be no longer about eliminating the Mullah regime but it will lead to a complex problem that involves not one but 4 countries in the region.

Proper democratic processes should be put into place
So, don’t arm Kurds. Instead of arming Kurds give them representation in the new Iranian government … equal number of seats to the proportion of the population of Kurds in the region. Let these cities be governed by Iranian Kurds instead of Shia Mullahs. Technically, Iranian Kurds will govern Iranian Kurds … thus there will be no discrimination anymore and everything will be designed with care and understanding. All issues related to Iranian Kurds will be represented in the Iranian parliament by their own elected leaders. This is the very essence of democracy … this is how every minority should be managed.

Don’t allow Shia leaders to dictate what happens in Kurdish zones. This is one of the major reasons why Iran should be a “secular democratic country” … there should be no “religion based” policies or dictates on anyone. Everyone should be treated as an equal Iranian citizen … irrespective of him / her being a Shia, Sunni, Jew or Christian.

Tip: Don’t do what Bush or Democrats did
Bush hired war contractors to fight against the regime and Democrats sponsored rebel groups and provided them with air cover to fight against the regime. All of it turned into a bloodbath for the people and utter total destruction for the country. Both of these techniques are miserable failures that will prolong the war for decades and deliver nothing but death and destruction … and only cost America by the trillions. You want to make trillions from this and not blow up trillions on this.

Iran has more than 1 million armed recruits
Okay so here is some news for Trump … taking down the key leaders is the easy part … drop a missile and the job is done. This was done in Iraq as well … but after that guerilla warfare began. When US forces entered Iraq, they faced hundreds of thousands of armed forces, police, intelligence and even civilians recruited to “defend the homeland from the occupiers”. This guerilla warfare continued for decades and lasted until US forces withdrew.

This is what you have in Iran today …

  • More than 610K armed forces including army, navy, air force and IRGC.
  • More than 360K armed police and intelligence
  • And then there are secret intelligence services and their numbers are highly significant but undisclosed. Their numbers can itself be more than a million.

Even with their leaders gone, you are looking at an army of more than 1 million trained recruits. This is your biggest problem once you have dismantled all missile launchers and attack capabilities in Iran. That’s why I had said “extract the leaders” and not terminate them. By extracting the leaders not only you would get of who is who but you could also use them to pull these forces on your side.

Pahlavi can get assassinated if he moves in Iran too early
These more than 1 million armed force has been working for the Mullah regime. An armed conflict with them means bloodbath. This is why I said … if you send Reza Pahlavi in the initial months then you will be sending him in this toxic environment where 1 million armed recruits can assassinate him.

Planning and strategy is a must
This is where you need serious planning and strategy. Because if you resort to what Bush and Democrats did in the past … it will be a bloodbath that will last for decades. Right now, you are in the easy phase of taking down their military capabilities … use of force is easy … getting the people on your side is where you need planning and strategy. Force cannot win everywhere.
