You are dealing with criminals
Trump should stop his tirade against universities and international students … he should stop the war in Gaza … all of this can backfire on him. This is what Trump should understand about the Establishment … its a Satanic Establishment … most of their operations are purely criminal. Their operations are based upon lies and misleading … and they deliver abuse, loot, death and genocide for the people.

Condemning Israel’s genocidal activities is not anti-Semitism
If you start supporting their actions and policies then you will end up supporting lies, abuse, loot, death and genocide. For example, your tirade against universities … to fight against anti-Semitism … you are entering an illegal zone in the process. Firstly, it is not anti-Semitism when you are talking against Israel and its genocidal activities. Its anti-Semitism only if you are targeting the Jewish faith based on the Torah … if you are targeting Jewish people because they are following the beliefs and practices as guided by the Torah … its only then that its anti-Semitism.

Suppression of American universities and students
Israel hiding under the cloak of anti-Semitism … this itself is lies and misleading. Secondly, when you try to silence the American people, universities or international students then you are actually suppressing them and forcing them to put up with Israel’s genocidal activities which are an open loot and destruction of Palestinian land and properties. You are technically supporting criminal activities. You are silencing those who are speaking against criminal activities.

Criminal cases can come next
Thirdly, till date most of the universities and students are pursuing legal cases based on the First Amendment rights … but if they shift gears and start pursuing criminal cases of racism, Islamophobia and support of mass genocidal and destructive action … then the whole thing becomes a totally different ball game for the Trump Presidency. All of this can turn into a huge number of criminal cases against you and your Presidency.

Bad history with anti-Muslim statements
Fourth. You already have a bad record of making statements, taking actions and planning policies against Islam and Muslims. You have made several statements to deport Muslims and to ban Muslims from the United States. And all of these current activities of silencing those who speak against Israel … silencing those who support Palestinian rights … and allowing Netanyahu to continue his genocidal destruction, loot and plunder of Palestinian land and properties … all of these activities are pretty much consistent with your anti-Muslim approach.

Dealing with the best lawyers in the world
Fifth. On top of that, you are dealing with universities like Harvard who create the best lawyers in the world … if they roll up their sleeves and start a legal onslaught of the Trump Presidency … then you can get dozens and dozens of criminal lawsuits against you and your Presidency. You will end up getting the best lawyers in the country coming after you.

The facts don’t support you on Gaza
You should keep in mind that … the facts don’t support you in these two topics. All legal decisions are made keeping the facts on the table. Given your history of anti-Muslim statements and policies … and the fact that you are deporting students because they are Pro-Palestinian … you are taking action against universities because they are supporting pro-Palestinian students and movements … then you can get a huge line of criminal cases coming for you claiming …

  • You are a racist … this is pure racism
  • This is Islamophobia … this is the suppression of people only because they are Muslims
  • You are suppressing American and International students only because they are supporting a Muslim population that is facing genocide and destruction of their cities.
  • You are supporting a government that is purely criminal and genocidal.

Leadership is not like a wrestling match
The mistake that you are making here is that … leadership is not like a wrestling match … you don’t win just because you are strong. You have to be legally correct in order to win in a democracy. The moment you are doing or supporting illegal activities then the law can come after you … you can face criminal cases.

Yes, we are maintaining you in several protective shells … but these protective shells work only when your mistakes and blunders affect a 1000 or even 50,000 people. Your blunders should be of a small scale … you can’t allow the death and starvation of 2 million people and the destruction and loot of their cities … this is support of openly genocidal activities.

The more force you use in the wrong direction, the more problematic it can become for you
Right now, the way you are dealing with these students and universities is with “pure force” … with pure Presidential force … with threats, with action of the State Department and the DOJ. And when they are not complying to your demands … you are coming down with even more force. This is a democracy and you can’t deal with people with pure force.

First … you have to be legally right yourself. When you yourself are legally wrong then doesn’t matter how much force you use … it will only make you even more wrong. The more force you use in wrongful activities, the more legal issues you can have.

You are ending up supporting criminal activities
The problem in this equation is that … you are not the criminal here … but you are ending up supporting criminal activities … which is making you an accomplice in their crime. When you are trying to silence students and universities who condemn and demand action against Israel for its genocidal activities … then not only you can face legal action for racism but also as an accomplice in genocide. Whatever shit that Israel is doing … your prosecutors can pull you on the stand and question if you support each of their actions.

This whole thing can turn into a huge mess. Its high time you kicked Netanyahu in the balls and tell him to stop his invasion of Gaza … end the bloodshed and end the loot and plunder of Palestinian lands … end the action being taken on universities and students in America. Otherwise, all of it can backfire on you.

The current legal action is more of a defensive style
Right now, the only legal action that you are facing is to show that your moves are unconstitutional … they are just trying to stop you from deporting students and stop you from taking action on universities … its mostly defensive style legal action. But if they shift gears and come after you with criminal lawsuits of racism, suppression, abuse and support of genocidal activities … support of loot and plunder of other people’s land … then this whole issue will shift to another level. This entire thing can turn into a huge mess for the Trump Presidency.
