Trump should take legal action against Democrat leaders
Here is how Trump can easily eliminate the government shutdown issue … he should simply go back to the basics. What is a crime? Hurting anyone physically, verbally, financially or psychologically is a crime. What is the government shutdown doing? It is threatening the National Security of more than 347 million American citizens and without any reason laying off thousands of American citizen government employees.

It is a direct crime at a national level against 347 million American citizens and direct financial crime against tens of thousands of American families who have been serving the Nation. We should look at the actual impact of the actions of our leaders … the end result of their actions determines if they are doing something right or something criminal. If you look at the end result of the “government shutdown drama” then it is purely criminal and a direct threat to National Security.

Trump should take legal action against Schumer, Pelosi and the entire Obama gang
Trump should immediately pull his legal advisers and start formulating “criminal proceedings” against Schumer, Pelosi and the entire Obama gang. The basic fundamental issue with Democrat leadership is that … they are party puppets … they are puppets of a criminal minded Democrat Establishment. Thus, most of their moves will be criminal … their moves leech trillions from the people in order to benefit the Establishment and the Obama gang.

The legal way of creating laws or getting funding
If any party or any leader wants to create a law … wants funding for any work … then we have an established legal process for the same. They have to formulate a bill … discuss it in both Houses … get votes for it from the Senate and the House … and then only it becomes law … and then only they get funding for the same.

Threatening and blackmailing
But Democrats are not following the due legal process established for the same. They are holding off funding for the government until and unless their ridiculous demands for funding for several schemes is agreed to. This is direct threatening and blackmailing of the government … this is literally holding a gun to the Nation … saying “hey, gimme my money or no one will get paid … the entire government will shut down”. This is pure threatening and blackmailing.

Trump can easily formulate a fantastic “criminal” multi-billion dollar lawsuit against all top Democrats involved in these threats and blackmails. These Democrat activities are adversely impacting the lives of tens of thousands of American government workers … all of their families are being adversely affected … the entire Nation’s security is being put at risk and not only these thousands of families but the entire Nation is going through undue psychological pressure.

Democrats are exploiting grey areas
What Democrats leaders are doing here is that … they are exploiting the “grey areas” where the law is not properly specified. “The two parties didn’t agree … that’s why, there is no funding … and the government will shut down”. Now, here is what Democrats are expecting out of this standoff with Trump …

  • On one side … they are expecting to get whatever funding they need to expand Obamacare. Democrats keep on funding and expanding Obamacare … not because it is great healthcare … but because top Democrats get commissions in the tens of billions of funding that goes into Obamacare. Top Democrats are holding off funding for the entire Nation’s government employees … so that, they get funding for their commissions.
  • On the other hand … if the government remains shutdown during the Trump Presidency … it will give Trump a bad name.

They are thinking that they have butter on both sides of this operation … they are thinking that they have victories on both sides of this operation … but … if Trump takes out the legal whip … then Democrats will come crawling on their knees begging for mercy.

This is not the first time that Democrats have done this … its becoming a routine play for them. Its time to fix this “exploitation” using the right legal tools. Trump can sue top Democrats by the billions for the losses that they are creating for the tens of thousands of American government employees.

Here’s how you fix it in the long run
If you look at this situation in the long run then …

  • All policies and schemes that need funding should have been agreed to … by both sides … at least 15 days before the next government funding has to be released
  • If there is any action or policy that both sides don’t agree to finance … then that particular policy should be held off and the funding for the rest of the government operations should be released

We need to create a regulation or amendment that facilitates this …

  • Under no condition should the government be shut down … its not like America has run out of money … we always have the basic funding needed
  • Politicians should not hold the entire US government hostage … only to forcefully inject their schemes and policies
  • It should be fundamentally agreed by both parties that … every single scheme or policy that will be funded … it will be decided upon at least 15 days prior to releasing the next budget
  • If any policy is not decided or agreed upon … then its discussion will be continued for the next budget cycle
  • But no way in hell … will the entire budget will be held off for the entire government

America needs this amendment … 347 million American citizens need this amendment … so that, their security is not held hostage by a bunch of moron politicians who are only exploiting the system. The families of tens of thousands of American workers should not be thrown into disarray only because of some self-serving greedy bum politicians.

Trump should lead in creating this small amendment which will help in ending these nonsensical government shut downs. If anyone opposes this reform then Trump should sue his ass and make him pay for the billions of losses that the American people are facing.
